Our agency was originally founded in 1890 as The Green Insurance Agency.  It later became The Pratt Insurance Agency and had the motto "Pratt's Policies Pay"!  The agency later became The Hazlett Insurance Agency.

In 1948 Lewis D. Einstein and Harold M. Roser purchased the agency and it became Roser & Einstein at 110 W. State Street, Kennett Square.  In 1958 it moved to its present location and was incorporated.  Over the ensuing years, several Agencies were purchased and our customer base now encompasses a wide geographic area.
